If you only visit a spa a few times a year, or even if you're a frequent spa-goer, you likely have some lingering questions about "spa etiquette." We aim to guarantee your next appointment is a stress-free experience. Here are the spa etiquette questions (and answers) that you may have been hesitant to ask:

Where are you located? 

Our address is 320 S State St., Clarks Summit, PA 18411, Suite 6.

We are located across the street from Our Lady of Snows Catholic Church, within the same building as Duvall Leather. Upon entering the foyer, please proceed down the stairs, and you'll find us as the second door on the right.

Complimentary parking is available on the side of the building, situated between Duval Leather and Welsh Tea Shoppe. Enjoy your visit!

Do you have a cancelation policy?

You can cancel free of charge up to 48 hours in advance. Otherwise, a 50% fee of the service price will be charged for late cancellations, and 100% will be charged for no-shows.

We acknowledge that emergencies may arise, and in such unforeseen situations, please contact us to cancel.

Do you offer gift cards? How do gift cards or vouchers work? 

We no longer sell gift cards, but we can provide you with a special card suitable for gifting.

For those presenting a gift card, please be aware that only Erika or Brianna can process these. Other service providers are unable to accept gift cards, and the services will be charged at the regular price.

If you have a voucher, like from local flavor, please note that only Erika can accept it as a valid form of payment.

Can I schedule my appointment online?

Booking your appointment is convenient with our online reservation system. However, if you prefer a more personal touch, feel free to give us a call, and our friendly staff will assist you in scheduling your appointment over the phone. We want to make the booking process as easy and accommodating as possible for you.
