If you only visit a spa a few times a year, or even if you're a frequent spa-goer, you likely have some lingering questions about "spa etiquette." We aim to guarantee your next appointment is a stress-free experience. Here are the spa etiquette questions (and answers) that you may have been hesitant to ask:

Where are you located? 

Our address is 319 N State St., Clarks Summit, PA 18411,

Our office is situated directly opposite Abington Family Dentistry and DeLeon Chiropractic, housed in a distinctive brown and green building with a stone front. The front section of the building serves as an internal medicine office, while our location is accessed down the drive behind it.

Do you have a cancelation policy?

You can cancel free of charge up to 48 hours in advance. Otherwise, a 50% fee of the service price will be charged for late cancellations, and 100% will be charged for no-shows.

We acknowledge that emergencies may arise, and in such unforeseen situations, please contact us to cancel.

Do you offer gift cards? Do existing gift cards expire?

We no longer sell gift cards, but we can provide you with a special card suitable for gifting.

How do I schedule a massage vochure?

Please be informed that we are no longer accepting any Local Flavor vouchers. For reimbursement, please contact the company directly.

What should I wear during a massage?

You typically undress to your level of comfort, often down to underwear. For certain treatments, you may need to remove all clothing, but you will be covered with a sheet or towel during the session.

What if I have a medical condition or allergy? 

Inform the massage therapist about any medical conditions, allergies, or specific concerns when booking your appointment and again when you arrive. This helps ensure your treatment is safe and suitable for you.

Is it necessary to shower before my treatment?

Yes, showering before your treatment is recommended for hygiene and comfort. It helps you feel clean and relaxed, which can enhance the overall experience.

How should I handle any discomfort or pain during the treatment?

Communicate with your therapist immediately if you experience any discomfort or pain. They can adjust the pressure or technique to ensure your comfort and safety throughout the treatment.
